These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 21 working days. However, group products that have associated names are dispatched within 28 working days of the proof being signed off by the school. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 21 days of the deadline date.

Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us. If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on info@ward-hendry.com or call 01295 250812 and select option 3, we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible. However, you must contact us within three months of dispatch as after this time period we can not trace an order with our delivery agents and it is deemed reasonable to assume that the customer has already received their order.

Cancelling an order
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can not be cancelled once production of the order has started. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.

Returning products
All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.

For all other products, customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods. Please return the item to the address below via recorded delivery at your own cost. You must include a copy of your invoice and note why you are returning the goods. Unwanted items may incur a handling charge.

Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on info@ward-hendry.com or call 01295 250812 and select option 3. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Ward Hendry within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; info@ward-hendry.com

Credit Card information
Ward Hendry does not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

Personal information
Ward Hendry will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.
